Donna’s Red Velvet Cake

Donna’s Red Velvet Cake
2 1/2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1 oz. red food coloring
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baken soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Blend Cooking oil & sugar together; then add eggs & beat well. Sift dry ingredients & add with buttermilk, add vanilla, vinegar & food coloring. Bake in 3 pans 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees or until done.
Icing
1 box confectioners sugar
1 oz. cream cheese
1 stick marg or butter
1 cup. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter & cream cheese together; add vanilla & nuts & sugar. Add just a little milk to make it creamy
